随着经济全球化以及“一带一路”战略深入实施，中国与世界各国之间的贸易往来更加密切，国际贸易合作迎来新的发展机遇，面临的知识产权风险也与日俱增。无论是中国企业走出国门，还是国外企业进入中国市场，都必须有知识产权保驾护航。

由于知识产权保护具有地域性特点，企业的产品或服务进入不同国家和地区时，都需要在所进入的国家和地区进行专利申请、商标注册等，以便在该国家和地区获得知识产权保护，防范知识产权侵权风险。专利申请、商标注册是对外贸易的通行证，与企业形象和信誉、与消费者和生产经营者的利益息息相关。因此，企业想去哪个国家或地区开拓市场，首先要做的事情就是在当地提前做好知识产权战略布局。

With economic globalization and the in-depth implementation of "The Belt and Road" strategy, trade exchanges between China and other countries have become closer, and international trade cooperation has ushered in new development opportunities; therefore, the risks of intellectual property rights are also grow with each passing day. Whether Chinese enterprises go abroad or foreign enterprises enter the Chinese market, they must be escorted by intellectual property protection.

Due to the regional characteristics of intellectual property protection, when the products or services from their enterprises enter different countries and regions, they need to apply for patents and trademark in the countries and regions they enter to receive protection and prevent infringement. Patent and trademark are the passports for foreign trade, which are closely related to the corporate image and reputation, and the interests of consumers and producers and operators. Therefore, it is particularly important for enterprises to make a strategic layout of intellectual property rights in the country or region where they want to develop market.
